Every member of the hotel staff we interacted with was amazing always personable ... courteous and helpful ... We enjoyed dinner in each of the hotels three restaurants all of them were excellent and a unique culinary experience in it's own way ... "This was the perfect location in Merida. It was walking distance to all central activities and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The building was older but public areas were very nice. We had two connecting rooms with a living room which was very convenient. As with any older property there were some quirks but overall it was a great place. "
