Riverside Retreat with River Access and Stunning views!

"The house is lovely. Perfect for a couple, two couples or even a girl trip with areas for some alone time if needed. Master bedroom /bath is spacious and has plenty of storage (not usually found in most rentals)! 2 1/2 baths so no waiting! Screened in porch with view of the river. Watching the birds and squirrels playing in the trees while eating breakfast on the porch was a nice way to start the day. While there isn't much in Stonewall, there are numerous restaurants and activities within a short drive and it's only a little over an hour to San Antonio for a nice day trip. If in Johnson City try The Jittery Biscuit for coffee and a bite to eat. A bit disappointed to find many of our favorite places (from when we lived in TX) are no longer in business and the small towns we loved are not so small anymore but that's progress for you. lol. Still recommend a visit and stay at this home!"

"What a lovely retreat, peaceful, quiet and relaxing . The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The Sunrise room was beautiful and the views from the patio are amazing. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice to have cookies, coffee, tea and sodas available. We look forward to returning sometime in the future!🌻"

"We loved celebrating my sister’s bachelorette party here!! Check in was so easy and the host made sure there was always an open line of communication if we needed anything. Definitely recommend for larger groups needing a fun, relaxing place to stay."

"Absolutely incredible stay Outdoorsy! So much fun by campfire with our fur babies. Can’t wait to return with our kiddos and driving around on the golf cart and checking the property was such a bonus. Can’t go wrong with this stay! Wonderful evenings after a day of visiting wineries."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and provided great communication throughout the entire booking and stay process.The cabin itself was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly inviting. The property is exceptionally well maintained, and it’s clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have a great experience. The views were absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect setting to relax and unwind.One of our favorite things about the property was how peaceful and quiet it was. It offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, and we truly enjoyed the tranquility. Our dogs loved exploring the property just as much as we did, and it was wonderful to have such a pet-friendly environment.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and scenic getaway. We would gladly return!"
