I like it because of the people who work there. They are very sweet and professional. I do not like the property because the air conditioner system is outdated, too noisy, and the rooms facing the street are not suitable for sleeping due to the direct street lighting.

it was in a great location to visit Fredericksburg. the staff was very nice. our room was musty smelling and I asked for fabreeze which took care of it. there was sand and dirt on the tile floor.
