"The room was clean, staff was personable and kind. My only complaint was the pool area. The Hot tub wasn't working (hotel responsibility) and the pool area was dirty. (Mind you, it was the guests that caused this, not the staff.) However, the area could have been cleaned/checked more often so that you didn't see cigarette butts, band Aids, Hair ties, water bottles, etc. left in the area. The pool itself, had a lot of debris in it , leaves, bugs, twigs (hotel responsibility). This area should be checked and cleaned several times a day. Sorry that the Guests were such PIGS! Shame on them."
