Clean and comfortable room. Location is great! I stay here often and it definitely is a good deal for the price. There can be a little noise outside but with the type of hotel it is, it is expected.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Upon arrival the toilet was stopped up, the tv was not set properly, the hair dryer had a defective a/c plug and the ironing board was in multiple pieces.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room 107 had a hard bed. Not good for our backs. Room lacked electrical outlets, tho not a dealbreaker, The Pool and pool area was very clean. 👍 Stayed here in July 2026 had poolside.1st floor, better experience. Would stay again

It is an older property that could use updating. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Paying for parking is a negative when other properties do not.

Very convenient location. Beach access right across the road. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by and only 10 minutes from downtown St Augustine. Free hot breakfast and friendly staff. Only complaint is having to pay for parking and dogs must be crated if you don’t take them with you throughout the day. But overall I would stay again.

Everything was clean but the bed was placed weirdly, there were no outlets near the bed, the floors were kind of sticky and my feet would be dirty after walking on the floors, but everything else was fine, breakfast was okay, staff was friendly, and it was nice being able to walk to the beach
