"A refurbished old office building but still an acceptable place to stay"

"I could see the ocean sideways thru my window. Hotel nice and clean, staff great, beach excellent. My only complaint--not enough bright light in the bedroom."

"My floor in my room was disgustingly gross. I can’t even explain how truly dirty my floor was. Just taking clothes off and stepping on the shower floor your feet get covered in black filth. Coming out of shower I threw a towel down to step on to walk towards my bed. Got dressed and when I picked up the towel it was black. This just grossed me out. This made me completely think twice about even attempting to sleep on the bed. We left and went elsewhere "

"Booked here for an early morning flight to use the shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle started after the time that we needed to be at the airport and only runs hourly. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of channels on the TV with a dining space in the room which was nice. It was a loud area but the AC ran all night which drowned out the sound but also got cold. The shower handle also was quite broken so the shower was burning hot or freezing cold and not really in between. It was fine for a single night. "

"My stay here was great as I was initially disappointed, the hotel I usually frequent was not available. This was my first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised! The gym was clean and had useful equipment. The onsite restaurant and bar were very nice and accommodating not to mention the Starbucks! The staff were also very friendly. My room over looked the Bay and the huge wall to wall floor to ceiling windows made that view even better!"

"Pool was clean and bathrooms clean. Pool staff friendly and there was plenty of seating. No hot tubs, but pools are heated. The space inside the 3 bedroom was fantastic. We loved units initially due to terrible urine smell from someone having pets in prior stay. They accommodated accordingly. "
