"Rude staff"

"The staff was not very friendly; upon check in we were told that there was a $150.00 security deposit. When asked about what it covered? We were told it was in case we did any damage and if we did not do any damage it would be returned. Then I was given only one key and told if we lost it there was a $75.00 key replacement fee. "Very pleasant place and quiet. The first cottage we got was not clean at all and smell so bad. Fortunately we had the opportunity to move to a cleanest cottage. "
