Hotel Bellas Artes
10/10 Excellent
"Great stay! Since it’s newer there’s still a lot to perfect, but overall it wa a great stay. "
"Loved the location, close to many attractions and within walking distance. The amenities and rooms were better than most hotels in the US. There was a rooftop bar, balcony, updated bedrooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful always attentive to our needs, very professional. Dining options within the hotel pretty good. The drinks at the balcony bar were also very delicious. The check in and check out process extremely easy and effortless. Luggage storage also a great service to enjoy the city without worrying about carrying bags before or after checking in/out. The lobby area clean and bathrooms very updated and eco friendly. There’s a coffee/tea station and games for families to enjoy while waiting. Overall, great experience with plans to return in the near future. "
"The hotel is amazing. We booked through Expedia and had VIP access. This meant that we had access to the Cafe 24/7. They serve salads, soups, sandwiches, coffee, soda, among other snacks. The food was good. Breakfast is a la carte but with a small variety of food and small portions. The staff went above and beyond and were absolutely the best! We rented a car and the guys helped us park the car, had it ready every morning at the time we needed it. Everyone was great and made our stay amazing especially Elizabeth at the front desk, Victor and Ulises who were the bell boys. Magdiel was the sweetest most attentive waiter. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the zocalo and a 10-15 minute to the Palace of Bellas Arte. At night you can find tons of street vendors. Great stay. Would highly recommend this hotel. "
"Great property in the downtown area. The dining options within the property are excellent, although, there are plenty of options within walking distance. The area around the hotel is always full of crowds and people at all times of the day. Despite the crowds, it never felt unsafe even at night. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The indoor pool (heated) was nice touch and the outdoor pool is on the 6th floor, nice views and very relaxing escape. "
