"We had an excellent 2 night stay at Amber House. It was a spacious room with a sea view and had lots of little extras included-biscuits, assorted teas, coffees, hot chocolate and toiletries. Large television with good choice of channels and nice chairs to sit on. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice including dairy and wheat free which I need. Best bowl of fruit salad we’ve had anywhere. There is a small library of books and lots of DVD’s for use on wet days. The only minor niggle was we forgot to bring our own special pillows and theirs weren’t quite as comfortable. We will be back plus pillows."

"Absolutely lovely stay. Staff was very helpful and polite. Onsite parking was a little expensive. Was not aware of charges for car park till got there. But it was lovely place. Beach was less than 2min walk. Little town about 5 mins"

"The hotel overall was good. Me and my wife was here for a short stay. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was lovely. We had to check out early as my wife had work to do and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I'd say could be improved here is that they can have AC put in at the hotel because it does get hot inside during hot weather"

"Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. Hotel close to beach, and town so great location. Not enough parking for such a large hotel we had to park miles down the road in a side road."

"Very enjoyable stay, right on the sea front but quiet. Accommodation clean, modern and roomy. It was heatwave conditions when we were there and an AC unit would have been welcomed. However we did have a fan, which in normal conditions would have been adequate. Highly recommended."
