"Very good welcome when me and my cousin arrived. We dropped our bags off and left for the day and when we came back I finally met James and Gary after a couple messages back and forth beforehand.. The whole team were friendly, polite and great place to stay. Shower was hot straight away instead of taking ages to go hot which was a plus. Well recommend Sam R"

"Parking is limited but there are plenty of carparks nearby with overnight parking. We checked in and were shown our room and facilities. We'd booked Room 2 which has a sauna in the bathtoom. The bathroom was spacious and very clean with a decent shower. The sauna was easy to use and has a radio in. The room was clean and spacious with a nice sofa, comfy bed and the welcome addition of a mini fridge. We didnt stop for breakfast as we had to be out of the carpark by 9am. Would definitely recommend and we will return"

"Such a comfortable and friendly hotel with excellent service from the proprietors. Breakfast was perfectly cooked to order in a well laid out dining room. Our room was small but very comfortable and clean with tv and tea & coffee facilities, The en-suite shower room was clean with all facilities required including complimentary shampoos, soaps and shower gels and the shower was a pleasure to use, one of the best showers we have experienced in hotels. The hotels wifi was very good with a strong signal. I particularly liked the nice touch of an honesty shop in the dining room/small shop and the supply of free books to read and children's beach toys. We were made to feel very welcome and will happily recommend this hotel to friends and family. This hotel is ideally situated being close to the beach with a very good selection and variety of restaurants within walking distance. The pier is free with the usual stalls and amusements plus a dinosaur crazy golf at the end. The beach is long and sandy. There is a trackless train that runs along the coast, a fair, a children's park and other family facilities. The only downside is parking near the hotel. We went out of season but still had to park two roads away on one occasion so it could be a problem during high season."
