"Great location. Very close to Disney world and many restaurants chains located nearby. Would recommend and stay again"

"Overall we are happy with our stay but I will note for other the shuttle to Disney is limited and booking is difficult"

"Location was perfect staff were amazing rooms were big and very very clean can’t recommend this more for short or long stays"

"Disappointing Facilities for the Price The elevator’s door-close button doesn’t work, and the soundproofing between rooms is extremely poor. I could clearly hear people sneezing and coughing in the next room, and the noise from their TV was very loud as well. The staff were friendly and provided good service, but considering how much this hotel charges, I would expect much better facilities and soundproofing. "Outstanding customer service. The Savannah view was amazing!"

"The staff were very friendly. But The room did not have a latch on the door, and had to ask the front desk for a DND sign. But overall good stay."

The hotel is located excellently if you are planning a Disney holiday, however Universal and International Drive are a 40 min drive without traffic and over an hour with...

"Make sure to ask if the hot tub that is on the listing is working and available. I booked this place because it had a hot tub to later find out when i get there it doesnt work. The host failed to put on the listing that the hot tub wasn't working due to maintenance issues. The host's excuse was the hot tub was not listed as an available amenity but the listing still had the pics of the hot tub on it. "

"You get what you pay for for sure! This was a place to stay that was clean inside, just very outdated and the hall smell was SO HORRIBLE. They have fragrance machines throughout the halls to where you can literally taste the fragrance. It was going into our room and we all felt nauseous because of how strong it was. I also would like to recommend the place gets carts so guests can easily transfer their belongings from the parking garage to their room because it was a FAR walk with all of our...
