"I’ve traveled to Orlando on and off for the last 15 years, several times a year and this was the first time I had stayed at this property and I will never stay at another hotel! This was AMAZING! We had the two bedroom suite, and even though we are only a family of two, it was nice that we each had our own space. Loved sitting on the balcony and just looking out. Pool area was everything and more for a day of relaxing. The only negative I have to say about this property is the bar staff in the pool area is subpar. Their tip is already worked into your final tab and their customer service and attitude reflects that. I waited at the bar for 20 minutes and kept asking if I could be served and I kept just getting the finger to hold on over and over again while other people were walking up and getting serve served right away because they happen to walk up when the bartender was finishing up someone else. There was nothing friendly or remarkable about any of the bar staff and that’s such a disappointment because we picked this hotel based on the pool area. That being said, that would not deter me from coming back. I would just not utilize the bar.
I do wish there were laundry in the rooms, it looks like maybe in the future there will be because there are hook ups or that was from a past renovation. That would’ve made my stay even easier. Most people I would imagine that visit the Orlando area Stay for multiple days if not weeks and in room washer and dryer is a huge perk. "
"everything seemed broken, the bathroom light was very dim and extractor didn't work so it would get very humid and nothing would dry. there was no hot water either so had to take cold uncomfortable showers. exterior areas were also very dilapidated. although breakfast was included it was very limited(toast/cereal) and they did not even let you take anything out of the dinning area which seemed to be a problem with other guests staying there, i personally did not have a problem since i ate there but i could understand if you just want to head out to the theme parks and want to take a bagel on the go it seemed like they should have been more accommodating, you had to check in with room number to enter the dining area regardless so i don't see why they made this an issue either and is not like they had a real continental breakfast with eggs and sausage and such, just very stingy behavior for the measly variety they had to offer. overall i recommend this to people on a budget with no kids as they seem to have a crowd of pot smokers that likes to use their parking lots also, it was very disappointing in all assets "
"This was our first stay in the hotel. We stayed in a suite, lots of room, very comfortable beds. The sofa bed was very old & a bit broken down. The breakfast was ok, plenty of choices but a very cramped space. The proximity to the parks is perfect. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have already booked for October. "
