I’d seriously look into buying property or renting around this area solely because of my experience at the hotel. Clean, professional, quiet and comfortable. It literally feels like home.

We were charged more than what expedia told us our total price was. We asked 2 different people at the desk on 2 different days and no one could answer our question. One of them gave us a card to call the manager to discuss. For this reason, we would never stay there again. Also, there was free breakfast but it was in a different building that we had to drive to. Not convenient at all.

We loved this hotel. It seemed very new or freshly renovated. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great. The pool and kids area was perfect. We will definitely stay here again

Excellent place , have been in many Embassy Suites but none like these 🙌, nice swimming pool I’m definitely coming back . only bad about was that there was no shower gel in master bathroom & the a/c was not cool on the 2nd bedroom but every where else was nice and cool, also towels in pool aérea not good and they barely give you one 😿

Rooms were great. Missing a few things. For example I think I counted 16 glasses but no mugs. Free laundry was great. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Same everyday and when you’re there for almost two weeks it got pretty boring. They could do with changing it up. Pool is nice but closes way too early. Got there an hour before it closed one night to be told they changed the hours and it was closing even earlier at 6pm. Kids were disappointed. Not sure what the resort fee is for. Felt a little cheated on that

We had one of the biggest rooms with one king and two queen beds. The room was absolutely beautiful. full kitchen and a lovely balcony. The issue came from my card being charged after I had already prepaid. That was a simple fix but still an inconvenience. The biggest issue was that the key cards did not work. Maybe it was related to that national internet shut down but it was very frustrating! We couldn’t go out of our room without needing an escort to let us back in. The wait time was long since at night, there was only one worker.

There was a problem with the door looks in the brand new building called number 2 and we had to get a security guard to unlocked the door for us. The phones didn't work and we needed something, but no one picked up the phone. We were charged $997 for three nights, which is a rip off. I will never rent from that horrible place again.

The property was very nice and inviting. Did not like the fact that you can’t take your breakfast to your room. We had a spinal cord injury patient so we took the food to the room anyway. Everything else was great

Only downfall I had was it was very difficult getting in touch with the front desk. I had to call two different occasions during my trip and each time took about 6 calls back to back trying to get someone on the phone. Otherwise, everything else was great!
