"Great staff checked me in. Fast service and as a gold member an upgrade wasn't available but I received a water and a bar ticket for a drink. Room was great and clean. Meeting new people is fun. "

"Hotel Felix was very clean and the front desk people were helpful. Our room was very small with two beds and there was no room for three people to open our luggage and stay organized. I used the gym on the second floor twice. Although there was a huge selection of weights, there were no 10 pounders or 20 pounders, but four sets of 15 lbs and 25 lb weights. The location close to Mag Mile was fantastic and there is a Starbucks, McDonald’s and Walgreens close by. "
