"I wouldn’t stay here again although it was ok for our trip. We were in the old part of the hotel, it was very old, but still clean. The hall was very dark. Rooms were small but clean. The gym and pool were pretty nice. The area wasn’t what we expected, Union Square was dirtier and my young kids were scared when we saw a few homeless people near our hotel. I would stay in a different part of town with children next time. "

"Every thing was great accept for the wait on the water filling station and the check in person reciting the same line about early check for the next 3 people. Myself and 2/3 had got early reservations from Hotels . com And each time “it’s $75 but here is a discount so $50” Hotels said all 3 had $50 early booking confirmed. Either Hotels lies or the hotel clerk never got the memo and instead made us all feel bad for arriving early"

"This is a wonderful place to stay in Napa. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, goes above and beyond. They accommodated my gluten sensitivity dietary restriction for breakfast. The hot breakfast is delicious.The outdoor area is quiet and large, with a nice hottub. Room was very quiet. We stayed during the week and was a great value for the money. Would stay here without hesitation if in Napa again."
