"Mike at Front desk was very hospitable and helped us. The room was clean and had shampoo conditioner lotion available to us. The bed was comfy. The pool and hot tub were pretty empty till later. "

"The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. The room was very dirty, the sheets were nasty and had stuff all over them. They wouldn’t give me new ones, the bathroom fan was broken and the fixture was hanging off, the heater/ac was taped on but would fall off and had a nasty smell when running. The stove top made a funny smell while using and would make you nauseous. When I told the manager her reply was it’s you and you smell. The whole hotel stunk and had a weird smell. The housekeeping and maintenance staff ignored you and were very rude and unprofessional. They had as much training as probably the manager which was none. The manager Zoie had no experience and should be kept away from dealing with any people as she is very rude! She also claimed we knew someone there and took my sisters ID and showed it to another guest to see if she knew her which is against the law. You are not allowed to show any person stuff to anyone. I wouldn’t be surprised if she would do that with a credit card if she did that with an ID. There was broken bottles and dog feces all over the outside property due to no pop bags or anyone picking up after their dogs. When I asked to talk to someone above Zoie they wouldn’t give us a number or tell us who the general manager was. I would highly avoid this property!"

"The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was beyond awesome! We flew in to watch and celebrate my son’s Senior College Recital, and we had a large group. They had a fabulous eating area for us all to eat in and relax and play games. They even WASHED OUR DISHES for us!! How AMAZING is THAT??!!?? Taryn was the FANTASTIC breakfast hostess with a constant smile who made an incredible breakfast buffet AND kept coming out to check on everyone and talk with people about their lives and the great sights we could see in the area. The whole stay was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Thank you!!!"

"Hotel was clean, staff was attentive. Pool was too cold, no hot tub. For the price, recommend going elsewhere for breakfast. Food was very limited, fruit offerings not fresh. Overall 6/10. For the price point there's better options. "

"This place was perfect! Super clean and spacious for a "studio" Wonderful amenities to include a waher and dryer! Also, there is the cutest patio available to enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors!! "
