This is one of our favorite quaint bed-and-breakfast in the world. The fuller suite is amazing. The Manor House rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is always superb. As locals we frequently come to have a little getaway at the Edwards house walkable to old town great restaurants, and a beautiful quiet location!

Beautifully restored and so comfortable!

We had a lovely overnight stay here—the staff was welcoming and friendly and the house was historically elegant, but with some modern touches. The breakfast was lovely and it was just a short and easy walk to shops and restaurants. If we come back to Ft Collins we will absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Edward’s House

This is a super sweet place to stay! Beautifully appointed and well thought out. The breakfast was delicious! I wish I could’ve had more time Just to hang out on the front porch! I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again!

This was such a great stay! We stayed 2 nights in Aunty Stone room and it was so wonderful! Downstairs included a do it yourself coffee and tea bar and sodas! Fantastic! Perfect getaway

Charming Historical Inn, walk to to old town

This is a charming, historical inn located within walking distance of old town Ft Collins. The Inn is spotless, nice and clean. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Staff is friendly and courteous. Our room was missing coffee cups-asked twice verbally and one by text-no coffee cups. Also asked for extra wash cloths - same thing. Oh well...
