The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was beyond awesome! We flew in to watch and celebrate my son’s Senior College Recital, and we had a large group. They had a fabulous eating area for us all to eat in and relax and play games. They even WASHED OUR DISHES for us!! How AMAZING is THAT??!!?? Taryn was the FANTASTIC breakfast hostess with a constant smile who made an incredible breakfast buffet AND kept coming out to check on everyone and talk with people about their lives and the great sights we could see in the area. The whole stay was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Thank you!!!
Check-in was fantastic. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. There was still a glue smell in the hallway because it is new, but it wasn't overwhelming.
We used the hot tub. It was small, but perfect for two people. We couldn't find the switch for the jets though.
Breakfast was decent. Several options and the staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again when we're in the area.
We initially booked a room at quality Inn and it was just not up to our standards so we checked in at Spring Hill late in the evening really tired from the day and ready for sleep. The girl at the front desk was very accommodating and even willing to show us the room beforehand to ensure it was up to our standard. The room was clean room service was efficient and the breakfast was OK overall great stay 100% would recommend.
Clean newer building, nice clean modern room with 2 tvs, nice view from 4th floor, small clean pool, small clean hot tub, higher rate with convenient breakfast buffet. Eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, salsas, waffle maker, yogurt, hot oatmeal, toast, bagels, apple orange juice, coffee, tea. Kitchen and bar menu with convenient store. Nice lobby, nice large indoor lounge nice large outdoor patio lounge with fire.

Liked: Staff & service
This was my 2nd stay in the last couple months and really wanted to like the hotel because most of the staff have exceptional service, the hotel is relatively new and its conveniently located but one staff member I encountered really will deter me from staying here again because when it was check out time, 11am, I waited at the counter for
5-10minutes and no one came, so I had to go search for the front desk staff who were in the kitchen and then I made them aware that cigarette smoke was very strong on the 4th floor, enough that it was giving me asthma. In fact the night before it caused me an asthma attack at 2am, which is unaccepable under any circumstances and it seems like if the staff walks back and forth on the same floor and smells it that something should be noticed and done to prevent people from inhaling cigarette smoke or having asthma attacks. Also, the rooms look good on the surface but some the showers have problems with either the temperature gauge or shower head bracket not being securely fastened to the wall which is really a bad look for a new hotel and prevents you from knowing the water temperature and the elevator lights barely work in one of the brand new elevators, making it difficult to see inside the elevator.
Hotels.com messed up our booking and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had the error fixed in under an hour and upgraded our room even though it wasn't their fault,
