"The hotel was super traditional, and our room was spotless. The staff was really helpful and friendly too. Everything, like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, was just a 15 minute walk away. I had issues with my mobility, so I wouldn't stay on the European side. It's very hilly. The tram was quick and easy to use to get to places. Make sure you have enough data during your stay."

The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and always well prepared. What truly made our experience stand out was the staff. They went above and beyond in every way. They even assisted us with finding a money exchange and helped us get a red transportation card for getting around locally, which made our trip so much easier. "The room was clean; however, the carpets needed a deep cleaning, as there were visible wine and coffee stains. Also, although our floor was supposed to be non-smoking, there was still a noticeable smell of smoke, even in the room. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were nice and helpful."
