"Overall Rating: 4/5 Stars We recently stayed here as a family of four and had a generally positive experience, primarily due to the layout and amenities. The Room and Layout The best part of this hotel is the space. We stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom and a living room, which provided much-needed breathing room. While the décor and furnishings are a bit outdated, I will always choose a larger room over a modern but cramped one. The sofa bed in the living area worked perfectly for our two children. Amenities and Value There is a $80 nightly resort fee, but it felt justified given what was included. It covered: On-site parking Water park access Complimentary pool towels For a family of four, having these costs bundled in wasn't a bad deal at all. The only downside to the room itself was the bathroom, which felt quite small compared to the generous living space. Safety Concern I do need to mention a significant safety issue we encountered. A heavy painting fell off the wall completely unprovoked. Thankfully, our children weren't underneath it at the time, but it could have been a serious accident. If you are staying with little ones, I’d recommend keeping them away from the wall art or ensuring everything is securely fastened upon arrival. Summary Despite the dated interior and the small bathroom, the space and the water park made it a great home base for our family. Just be mindful of the wall fixtures!"

"The kitchen & bathrooms were nicely equipped. Loved the layout of the unit and the easy instructions to work the televisions. The pool & spa area were lovely and enjoyed the spa very much. The unit was a little difficult to locate. A detailed map may be helpful. One suggestion, a small stepstool by the bed would be helpful for shorter people. I'm 5'2" and had a little trouble getting on the bed. :)Thank you for a great stay!Lucy"

"Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Tub had hair in it and the edges were not cleaned at all around the tub. There was a roach in the tub that I had to kill before I could shower. So I think the apartment should be sprayed."

"Nice StayHouse was as described, and Jose communicated well. House was centrally located for our needs and had no issues. We would return if visiting the area again."

"Check in was smooth, place is clean and nice and in a very nice neighborhood, a small park across the street with play set for little kids was nice. Beds were very uncomfortable, and you need to message the host to activate hot tub and response times aren’t consistent so that can be a little annoying but overall we enjoyed the stay."

"This place really is a great as all of the 5-star reviews indicate. Pool was perfect. The entire place is very well maintained. You can tell that the owners used to live here: the place has all of the stuff you’d need and it simply very comfortable and easy to be in. Tip for anyone going downtown: you can drive about a mile to a shopping plaza parking lot and then take the light rail into downtown. It was free for us because we had tickets to an event at the Mortgage Center but no one was checking for fare anyway. "

"Great house. It is a great place to enjoy the sun and relax. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The pool in the back yard is great and the view of the mountain is mesmerizing. Very clean and comes with everything you need."

"The unit is well equiped with everything you would need. The children loved the pool with the floaties included. Any questions or requests were answered immediately with AI assistance.The unit, especially the sitting area could use an update. We definately missed having a top sheet on the beds. The only table provided was not large enough to accomodate family mealtime.The most disturbing problem were the excessive outdoor cameras. Yes, we were notified in advance of cameras used for property security. The cameras were focused on the pool and bathing area with another 360 degree camera on the roof. With young granchildren and a girl teenager, the experience with cameras was creepy."
