My room was great and breakfast was good. The hot tub/pool area was nasty and the person behind the desk was either not there or when she was distracted and on her phone.

This was a quick stay for an early morning departure from Phoenix airport. I was so impressed with the room that I thought to stay an extra night. I was actually hoping the airlines would offer a credit for me to take another flight. I will definitely book another stay. The next time i'm in this area, what the next time I see a spring hill suite.

I really like the Springhill suite hotels because of the additional sleeping accommodations. The are fairly comfortable and very clean. There is a good size couch with a trundle bed, which makes it ideal for families. The room is pretty good size as well. The continental breakfast is very good and has a nice selection of food. One of the only downsides to this particular hotel is it’s not in the best part of the Phoenix metropolitan area but they do have a security officer on site. The last thing I will say is, I’ve always had a good experience with the staff. I find them very helpful and pleasant.

Airport shuttle takes less than 10 minutes and runs on the half hours. RESERVE your time. Breakfast doesn't begin until 0630. There wasn't coffee before that, so make it in your room. Not much food within less than 30 minutes walking distance.
