Staff were so kind and amazing! They serve you pool side which was great. Pricing of drinks and food was affordable. The biggest down fall of the resort is how long it takes to get breakfast when you order off menu. It took about 30-45 minutes for an omelette. If you choose the “buffet” it’s quick but very limited options. The room I stayed in was clean and very spacious although a little outdated. Check out was at 11am but my key stopped working at 10am which was annoying, but they came with a new key within 10 minutes. I would definitely come back overall experience was great. The staff definitely made the stay very welcoming.

It was clean and the amenities were great, especially the waterfall in The Market. The staff was exceptional, especially the woman who checked us in. She made sure we had a room with easy access since my friend has trouble walking.
