"Was rented a dirty unit. It took 24 hrs to get a different, clean unit. Had no toilet paper, dirty linens on beds, dirty towels in bathroom. Poor communication. Had to request 3 times for issue to be resolved. Unit did not look like photos. Photos are misleading."

"This property was kept in great shape! Vince was very accommodating with check in and out times, very communicative! The unit itself was in great condition, only a couple of downsides and not all were in the owner’s power. There was a smell coming out of the kitchen sink/garbage disposal, only noticeable when washing dishes. Parking is an absolute menace if you have more than one vehicle. Uncovered spots get taken fast. A backyard shade is pictured in the photos but not provided, not a big deal...

Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...
