"The hotel building is quite old, although it was generally clean. However, the room itself was disappointing — the amenities were very basic and not up to expectations. It feels like the hotel is in need of a major renovation. There were no special features or comforts in the room. The only real highlight of this hotel is the hot spring pool, which was enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend not having high expectations if you plan to stay here."

The only problem was the heating; even though I set the temperature higher than the room temperature, a strong, cold breeze kept blowing out. As a solution, I set the temperature to the maximum of 28℃, and finally, warm air started blowing."

"We booked a room over looking the water and western Vancouver. The view was fantastic. Well worth the extra money. the hotel is at a fantastic location, surrounded by trendy restaurants in walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. and the self parking next to the hotel is expensive but very convenient. However, the staff at the front desk when we checked in was kind of cold and stern. and did not mention the $50 beverage credit that we should have got. That was very disappointing and...

"Really nice stay prior to our early morning flight. Had a beautiful view of the river and enjoyed watching the sunset from there. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The airport shuttle was prompt. Lovely stay!!"

"Perfect for a family of four"

"Clean room. They clean it everyday unlike other hotels. Friendly stuffs. The bed is a bit cheap but this isn’t a hotel so its okay. Space is tiny but it’s right by the Davie street so I guess it’s okay. They give you both heater and the air conditioning so that’s good. I just wish the bed is a bit firmer or better quality if I have to complain. But overall I enjoyed the experience. "

"Chose this hotel based on location. We were not disappointed was a convenient location. An easy walk to theatre, arenas, Yaletown Area, lots of dining in the area. The hotel is dated but well maintained and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"With Q closed, the Bengal not open for lunch or a quiet late lunch as well as the Rooftop restaurant being closed for the season…it sure was bad timing for us and no alternates were provided. The hotel was wonderful but Spring Break prices for low amenities was very disappointing. We had hoped to spend more time in the hotel…just too noisy. "

"The pool was so cold and now towels anytime we went. We were on the 24th floor so nice view, but the windows arent properly sealed so the wind howling all night kept my children and I awake. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The parking garage only has hotel access from level 2, so if you have to park on L5 its quite inconvenient for families with younge children (stollers, luggage, ect.)"

"We had a really great stay at the Pinnacle. Amazing value. Small kitchen with the basic necessities so we could make our own meals. The marketplace with a grocery store within walking distance for a few groceries we couldn’t transport in our drive up. Hot tub was so welcome after a day on the mountain and the younger members of our group enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The big tub in the main area was kinda funny but also a hit for the younger members. Didn’t use the jets. We could walk back...
