"Breakfast was basic but ok.
The spray you're using to clean the bathrooms and wipe down the tables has an unpleasant smell.
Room was clean but a bit tired- curtain rail damaged and repaired with a bulldog clip.
The view was excellent. "

"Steep walk back from Falmouth town. Buses available JJ’s taxi very reasonable efficient and friendly. Good choice for brrakfast"

"Very close to the ferry to isles of scilly had 2 portions of ham egg and chips as we are gluten and dairy free and it was excellent enough to feed 4
Old building showing it's age .breakfast was very greasy .Gluten free bread was not nice"

"Great guest house with a generous living room space and kitchenette. We had a separate entrance for our room. Well located to the city center with spectacular views over the harbour. Very nice to have a parking spot and very responsive staff!"

"Great accommodation and good communication. very clean and friendly. This was the perfect location for my weekend stay in Falmouth. Conveniently located between the Beach and the town, just 10 mins to either. Free road parking was a plus. 5 mins from the train station. "

"Lovely retreat in a quaint village placed conveniently between both coasts. Glamping at it's best. The hosts discreet but easily reached. Issues sorted swiftly (beside weather not in their power :).CLose to Newquay, Truro St Ives.Lost garden of Heligan and an amazing pub,walking distance from the site with beautiful food. Breakfast available,basics provided. I had a lovely time despite feeling that the wind will.blow away the tent over te Atlantic. Sturdy tent."
