"Everything was great, the room was very clean, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was very good. What I didn't like was that there were many dogs everywhere, dogs inside the hotel. That was my only complaint."

"The hotel is in renovation so a little dusty/grubby along the hall to the room, inside it was acceptable and just about right for what we needed, pricey though for when in renovation. No swimming pool due to renovation also, we were not disappointed though as we wouldn’t have used it."

"The inn is situated on a side street just around the corner from the main highway. There’s several shops and restaurants in walking distance. The property is older but the room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean but dated. I was really happy with the bed being a plush. I really dislike hard beds. They also serve a free buffet breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy but simple. Pancakes, hash browns, and eggs with some sort of corned beef bits in it. They also had cereals. OJ, milk and coffee. Actually, they have complementary coffee in the dining area/ check in area the entire day. Nice touch. The only downside was that the hot tub was being repaired so it was out of service while I was there."

"We are a family of three and stayed for six nights. Although daytime temperatures were fairly high (around 80°F), I guess it is not the norm weather for Mammoth Lake; it was comfortable at night without AC—except for the last night, which felt a little muggy after the rain. The bathroom was recently remodeled with good‑quality materials and was very clean. The only minor thing is that conditioner isn’t provided, but Vons is close by if you need anything. The owner was very responsive to messages. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and basic seasonings, which makes cooking convenient."

"Place was nice and clean. A good value for what you get. The place was described accurately. There are good amenities at the complex, although the rec room has been turned into a room with some couches and no games. Hot tubs are nice and plentiful. Bonus that the room had a washer and dryer (combo unit). Checkin was a little rough as none of the door codes we were given worked. It took a couple of calls to get a 3rd code that finally worked. A neighbor made a comment that this is a normal thing (unfortunately).All in all a great property minus the checkin issue. Communication is quick and easy"
