"Premium feeling room. We had a family room with 4 bunk beds that were comfy, cosy and allowed a great night's sleep. Bathroom facilities were luxury. All surprisingly good and stylish too. If that wasn't enough, the staff were amazing. Super attentive, helpful and friendly. I like that you *could* self-checkin and use a digital key for low or no human interaction, but feel you'd be missing out on some great service!"

"The hotel is very clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were that happy we booked in on our return journey from Devon. The hotel faces the Victoria Square Garden, with a short walk through the garden you’re into Clifton village. There’s restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also the bus stop is outside the hotel, where the No8 takes you into the city, and the return stop is also outside the hotel. I would recommend staying here ! "

"Plenty of parking, lovely old manor, room excellent, some decoration taking place in bar area when we arrived. Can see a lot of upgrading has taken place the last couple of years. Excellent service by all staff. Lovely room overlooking garden with access to outside area for us and our dog. Very dog friendly"
