"Great stay!"

"The hotel is wonderful, clean and very good location, we like the hotel very much. Only the front desk staff was very unfriendly, rude and bad customer service when we checked in time. When we checked in at afternoon it was no body at front desk , we were waited for over 5 minutes, then ringed the bell again then the staff ( we were asked her name Veronica) came from the back , first words was not greetings, she was very rude and unfriendly said to us: “is that any emergency? “ because we were...

"The carpets were dirty, there was some damage in the"

"Great hotel for simple straightforward stay in the city. Very centrally located to coffee, restaurants and bars in the Marina district. We had a queen bed suite. It was nice. The lighting was a bit lacking, but the bed was comfortable and the room came with bathrobes. The continental breakfast worked well for us and served delicious local coffee from Equator."

Firm mattress which is what my wife and I like. We didn't like the pillows but we find its the same everywhere. Very soft. The room was clean. The restaurant was good. We had dinner once and breakfast twice. All 3 times it was good. We used the valet parking. The staff was good. We never waited long for our vehicle....

The place was clean, but dated, with areas needing recaulking. There is street noise, but it wasn’t disturbing to us. For light sleepers it could be a problem. The bathroom counter is too high for short people. Overall, this is a reasonable place to stay for short term. We parked the car and walked all over the area. Lots to see and do in a safe...
