"The room we stayed in was in rather poor condition. Every sheet, blanket and towel was stained. There were drill holes in the walls and pictures were broken on the wall. The door lock was broken so we ended up bracing it with the sofa bed style couch, which was unusable due to the amount of food crumbs throughout it. The tub was stained and hair sticking out of the drain, and it looked like they didn't sweep/vacuum before we arrived. Staff was very friendly but seemed confused when we didn't enjoy the room. We arrived incredibly late and unable to figure out somewhere else to stay, so we slept in our clothes to minimize skin contact. I would not visit again, or advise anyone to stay if there is another choice."

"Staff was nice but could not do anything about the skunk smell which was marijuana. It was on the first floor near the elevators so no matter if rooms were switch we still would have to go by there. We would stay there often for convenience, but this last time I asked about the person and he has rented for a month! So we stayed somewhere else. They know who it is but won’t make him leave. Even after they told management .So we won’t be going there anymore.what happened to no smoking policies? Even our room smelled! Our friends that stayed on the second floor smelled it too! She was nauseous the whole time"

"The hotel room was clean and orderly. The checkin and stay were pleasant. Breakfast was delicious with a few featured options. Staying so close to the construction wasn't great, but running the fan all night was helpful. We were pleased with the price and the hotel. There weren't any homeless people nearby. It was a great place to sleep. "

"The property is in a quiet and tidy neighborhood. It worked well for us to be able to visit our grandkids and have a quiet place to sleep. The house is very bare bones and could use some deep cleaning in some of the rooms. There was a full trashcan parked at the foot of a very steep driveway the whole time we were there and the lawn hadn’t been mowed in quite a while. We didn’t use the outside space because we pretty much just slept there when not visiting with our family. There was a huge clump of hair in the shower drain, which also drained very slowly, and hair in the sinks in the room with the king size bed. The bedding was not the nicest but adequate for a few nights. Some crisp sheets (not pilled) and a nice duvet would go along way in terms of comfort. No other issues while we were there. The house was huge and there was plenty of room for a large family. It was just the two of us and we didn’t use most of the rooms."
