"Communication with Agni travel very poor. I booked with vrbo but was handed over to Agni who were useless. Villa good enjoyed stay. There should be some sort of information pack supplied. Directions were not supplied. Fortunately I have been to Kefalonia before so managed to find the Villa. I would be unhappy to book with Agni again. I think vrbo should make it clear when they are not managing the property. "
