"This is a nice apartment with a small garden. It is a 30 second walk to the communal swimming pool which was very clean and we were always able to get a lounger. It is also close to a handful of really nice eateries and a 5 minute drive to Sami. It is also walking distance to the Melissani Cave.I am always very careful not to be overly critical and overall everything was good and we enjoyed our stay very much. However, I would make the following comments for accuracy.Check in was extremely difficult for us and we were unable to make contact with the owner/contact. Directions were given but they weren't easy and straighforward. The key was left in a key safe but it was dark and the apartment was quiet with no-one around to ask. We eventually found the apartment and maybe other guests have found it easily....but we didn't.The back bedroom does not have A/C and it can get hot, so much so one of my sons ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Also, the bathroom has more than a faint smell of sewage. I have no idea why. It may well be nothing to do with the property itself and not the fault of the owner. It could be a leak or the drains but it is unpleasant and noticeable. It was, therefore, necessary to keep the door close at all times.However, overall these were minor issues, we had a lovely stay and I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. "

"Great experience, stayed in the Perla suite. Kind & helpful staff. Room cleaned daily-staff was willing to come back when we hadn’t left yet. Good location to explore the island. Well equipped kitchen for whatever your cooking needs sans an oven. Close to Sami for restaurants, shopping, ferry, & Antisamos. Local tavernas good with lovely staff as well. "

" Absolutely superb in all aspects, beautiful Villa set in stunning grounds with a lovely pool. I travelled with my wife and our 3 children, Ionion Trilogy was perfect for us, my daughter is 1 and not walking yet and she was able to crawl around the massive lush grass area, my boys spent many hours in the pool which is very clean and not too deep. The villa has all the amenities you could ask for and more. We also received a lovely Welcome from Rosanna who was only too happy to help and a lovely touch was the bottle of wine/milk/bread/eggs and other bits that we received upon arrival. Maria cleans the villa's daily and was absolutely lovely and was very emotional when we left. Location is excellent, Sami is only a 5 minute drive away which has lots of shops and restaurants and we also went to antisamos beach on two occasions which is 15 minutes from the villa. I genuinely couldn't fault Ionion Trilogy and wouldn't hesitate to return, the design of the villas is so well thought out. "

"Clean, safe and nice staff. However, you have to pay extra 20 euros per bed sheet and 10 euro per towel set and 5 euro to use the A, all per stay. Which wasn’t mentioned upon booking. There were no toiletries whatsoever, no dish soap, no toilet paper. Also there was a 100 euro deposit that wasn’t mentioned either. The cleaning costs 40 euro and you can choose to do it yourself but it included chores like wiping windows. The staff was very nice and gave us late check out and was very helpful regarding sharing information about the island. The location was very convenient and walking distance to the main things in Sami."

"We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. The grounds were well kept and spacious, the pool was perfect for cooling down and there were staff regularly cleaning the pool, maintaining the grounds and giving the option of housekeeping. We’d definitely return."
