"This hotel is perfectly situated in the city center on the water, just off the main road. Access is very easy. Hotel staff are all lovely, breakfast was a great selection, and the room was large even though it was just for me. It’s near lots of restaurants and shops, etc. highly recommend and I will be back! "Very relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Family run hotel which shows from arrival throughout your stay. Instantly felt at home. Staff were all super friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location & beautiful views! Clear to see why people return year after year. "
"This villa was incredible for my family and I to stay in. It had everything we needed, was private, safe and quiet. It was built incredibly well with modern fixtures and finishes. There was heaps of space for the kids to run around - and the pool area was a wonderful place to sit and relax with a view of the water and local Sami village. The agent for the property was lovely as well. The only thing I’d suggest is requesting instructions on how to best access the property - as Google Maps takes you off the beaten track and up a donkey track, instead of the much easier route from Sami village. All in all a wonderful stay. We will be back! "

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a great holiday . There is a beautiful narrow beach on your doorstep and Sami is just a short walk away. Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to personal unforseen circumstances. Panos went above and beyond to help us. "
"Great experience, stayed in the Perla suite. Kind & helpful staff. Room cleaned daily-staff was willing to come back when we hadn’t left yet. Good location to explore the island. Well equipped kitchen for whatever your cooking needs sans an oven. Close to Sami for restaurants, shopping, ferry, & Antisamos. Local tavernas good with lovely staff as well. "
"Clean, safe and nice staff. However, you have to pay extra 20 euros per bed sheet and 10 euro per towel set and 5 euro to use the A, all per stay. Which wasn’t mentioned upon booking. There were no toiletries whatsoever, no dish soap, no toilet paper. Also there was a 100 euro deposit that wasn’t mentioned either.
The cleaning costs 40 euro and you can choose to do it yourself but it included chores like wiping windows.
The staff was very nice and gave us late check out and was very helpful regarding sharing information about the island.

"We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. The grounds were well kept and spacious, the pool was perfect for cooling down and there were staff regularly cleaning the pool, maintaining the grounds and giving the option of housekeeping. We’d definitely return."
