"Kefalonia Heaven is a lovely villa, with a great view out over the coast. It's finished and also equipped to a high standard with everything you could ask for - even small touches like a powerbank and electric coldbox to use when out and about. If there were any negatives, they were too small to be concerned about. Getting to the Villa for the first time was 'interesting' since Google Maps took us up some very small and steep roads, but we got there in the end (there is an easier way to find it). The drive is incredibly steep so parking the car became a daily challenge, but there is parking outside the villa as well. the owner, Andreas, was responsive and helpful when we contacted him. I would say that having a car is essential when staying here since it is quite high up on the hill so getting anywhere requires a car (or a taxi), but the payback is that the view is great. If you're looking for a modern, well equipped villa with great views, I can recommend kefalonia Heaven."

"The Villa overlooks the bay of Lourdata and the balcony on the top floor,give you the opportunity of a beautiful sunrise and sunset over the sea. It is on a hill but don’t let this put you off for walking down to the beach front for the restaurants and seafront. It’s only steep in a few places and the more you walk up it the better you get. Clean and well appointed throughout, apart from beach towels, everything else is catered for. The property is over three floors, so even if you have a large party, you always feel you have your own space. The bedrooms on the middle floor are spacious, plenty of room to hang clothes and store cases. The kitchen has everything you need if you feel like cooking. There’s a good sized toastie grill, toaster and barbecue. There’s more than enough tableware and cutlery and even a cupboard full of pool safe plates, bowls and beakers. The pool is perfect and has the best filtration system we’ve had. Always debris clean on a morning no hint of a leaf or dead insect. There’s no need to hunt for a pool net and do the daily sweep. The house is surrounded by beautiful shrubbery and has areas for additional dining and relaxing. You feel very private when relaxing in the garden. Natasha was really welcoming and helpful and was always at the end of a message if we needed her - which we didn’t as everything was perfect. "

"It is rare to find a hotel where the facility is maintained in excellent shape and the staff is as friendly and helpful as in this hotel. they truly went out of their way (with no exceptions) to make us feel welcome and comfortable. "

"Be careful of this place! Hidden fees and dishonest business. 1. Was given the key to a hot stuffy room with no way to turn on the AC unit. Was then told that I needed to pay extra per day to access it. - I dont care about the money, but hate being extorted for an ammentity that should be included. - They updated their ad only after I brought up that it was not mentioned anywhere. - After paying this extortion fee..turns out that its the weakest AC in all of Greece. Even with all shades shut it hardly made the room livable.... if youre going to scam people into using your AC. Atleast provide a decent cooling unit..... - Message to Owner: Just increase your prices to account for the AC. Dont extort your customers that paid thousands to travel and stay here...this is a blatant money grab. 2. You also do not get any basics even though they are listed. - No Shampoo and only 2 tiny hand bar soaps for the entire stay. - No soap or sponge to wash dishes if you are cooking your own food. - No beach towels either...at a beach hotel... - The 25mps internet mentioned in the ad is non exisitent. Got 5mps at the best of times. Mainly had to use my phone near a window to hotspot. - Ant infestation as well.. After including all of these, it will be cheaper to book a more expensive place that wont scam you. Less headaches too.. This is the first negative review ive written here. But really just hope nobody falls for this place.."

"Beautiful, serene. I’m a cat person and there are a little family of strays but very friendly cats which we just loved taking care of when they visited us. Ery the property manager was awesome! Will be back for sure"
