"Huge shout out to the staff at the seres resort and spa. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and treated you like royalty from the day you came in up until the day you left. The resort was very clean and safe and quiet. I went for a solo trip for my bday and they did such a good job at making me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing them to stay for my bday. "LITERALLY EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Right in the heart of Ubud, staff was AMAZING suksma!! Breakfast was perfect banana pancakes were spectacular and pesto pasta was delicious. Room was spectacular loved our own pool, we even had a gorgeous pond outside of our room. Thank goodness for mosquito net around your bed. The staff went out their way to make us happy so many times! Even if we didn't get room cleaning they still brought us towels and water bottles every day! I will forsure go back to this...
