"Friendly and helpful staff made my stay a very pleasant one. But the glass partition for thr bathroom made the room lighted when 1 person is using the bathroom and another person is trying to sleep."

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The property is beautiful, but it’s the staff and service that truly set this place apart. Throughout my stay, all the staff were incredibly attentive, helped me find my way around the best local spots, and had the most positive and helpful attitude all round. The location was also perfectly placed in Georgetown, close to all the tourist spots whilst not being on a busy or noisy road. "Love the Peranakan deco and architecture. Your smart TV is best when it was raining and you are stuck back in your hotel. The complimentary breads are nice t very good. You can do local cookies, pastries and better breads. Room 3 shower tiles need to re caulking or renewed. Love the bathroom tiles selections. Room 3 is good layout however, windows are too close to the temple(next door) around 8-830p until 10. They have conversations a bit disturbing."

"The staff are amazing at this hotel. They are an absolute asset. I believe one was called Martin and there was a Tamil lady, too. They were both amazing. The rooms are amazing..so comfortable and very big. Loved the massive daybed and the bed. The seating area is great. The location is very good as well."

"love the cats!!!!!!"

"Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und ein geräumiges sauberes Zimmer. Einziges Manko war die Klimaanlage die nicht regulierbar war. Entweder war es sehr kalt oder warm."

"Staff were absolutely great.. breakfast was ok example beans were cold.. lounge staff were great but basic. Website pics should be updated as deceiving."

"Quaint little boutique hotel. Service with a smile and beautiful decore"

"附近有很多吃的小店，步行距離即可到達。房間很大很舒適"

"Very friendly staff. Beautiful heritage building"

"Great location."

"廊下にウォーターサーバーが設置してありました"

"Good hotel overall, spacious room and comfortable bed, though a bit dated. Photos of the pool are misleading, it’s very small in reality and not suitable for swimming. WiFi is slow and requires reconnecting and accepting terms and conditions several times a day."

"鄰近步行5-10分鐘有商店及地道美食，地域方便，酒店空間適中，適合一家大細居住。 因是次到檳城以四處進食榴槤為主，建議可以提供小包裝鹽粒，供住客進食榴槤後可作下火之用"
