"This hotel is in a beautiful location right on the water. There’s a great deck on the roof overlooking the ocean and harbor. There didn’t appear to be handicap access so be prepared to climb some stairs. There’s no restaurant but a cute outdoor trailer serving pastries and drinks. We found a great breakfast place, walking distance but not open every day. Our room didn’t get cleaned. Twice we left the card on the door only to return to find it changed to not clean the room. They said it may have been blown off the door but returned to our door wrongly! The bathrooms were very small and it would have been nice if there was a sheer curtain for the slider and window so we didn’t have to close the room darkening shades. There were lovely fire pits on the beach at night and supposedly s’mores but we never saw them. There were lots of beach chairs and floating devices but the weather was not conducive to lounging or swimming. Perhaps next time. Falmouth is a great city and the Cape has plenty to see and do. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
