"There was no “ Hospitality” from the entrance and on a daily basis. There were many families with the FIFA games in Dallas but the breakfast area and tables were sticky, spills, and dirty floors. The desk response was “Oh we just wait til the breakfast is over then we clean…” unacceptable in any dining place. There was no plan to anticipate the need to keep the area sanitary. Very apathetic attitude."

"A/c was super loud, couldn’t hear the tv. Shower handle fell off and bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock. Staff only said “sorry about that”. No tesolution"
