"We were in town for my father’s funeral and had booked the hotel for over a week. According to the reviews and photos it seemed like a good choice for the price since we would be in town for at least 10 days.The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, there was a banging on pipe sound throughout the night, several bugs, pillows were plastic, and the room looked nothing like the photos. We decided to checkout and asked for a refund for the additional days. They did print us out a form showing a refund and as of today, 17 days later, no refund. Upon reviewing the receipt they used the incorrect last 4 digits of my card! I will be following up on this! That is just so wrong to do to someone during a time of bereavement!"

"Stayed two nights. The rooms are super clean but on the first night had tenants above me who ran around the room loud stomping. Second nighwas much better because i changed rooms. Air conditioning works well and once again super clean"

"The Bathroom had some cockroaches in it. The bed was hard as cement. And the pillows were super lumpy and uncomfortable, There was no mirror in the room and the microwave was broken. (Didn’t have the plate in it to put the food on) "

"Clean, well appointed house with big pool and nice hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the layout worked well for our family having the primary bedroom separate area from the other rooms. "
