"Stunning designed room sad I was only there for 1 night"

"The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. "Perfect hotel"

"Have stayed previously, this stay wasn’t as good. The overall service in the restaurant wasn’t as good, had to request menus and then for order to be taken, food wasn’t of the standard we enjoyed previously, very disappointing."

"Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out."

"Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely clean room and comfy bed. Close to everything and very quite. Will definitely stay again"

"Lovely hotel , very friendly and helpful , food was lovely only thing was the room was to Hot"

"Virkelig søde og rare mennesker. Prøv deres egen marmelade ved morgenmaden.😊👍"

"Excellent room and facilities, great location."

Bed rock hard and uncomfortable and rather...

"I'm not one to complain but just a heads up they charge 10 pounds a day to park charged when you first check in, Also there was no shower gel in the dispenser in the bathroom No option of breakfast when checked in,bar was not open and there was no price list either but they checked us in early on arrival"

"I wanted a proper British b n b abd this ticked all the boxes It was located just a short walk to the tram It had street parking The room was small but it was all we needed just a place to sleep and shower The owners were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic so much choice If you want a true British b n b this is your place"

"Good location and a fridge and microwave in room. Bathroom was modern as was room and furnishings. Unfortunately no milks or coffees provided. The mugs were not particularly clean. The shower gel needed to be refilled. Small things but a bit of a pain! Hence the lower score."
