"Todo excelente"

"Rooms are beautiful wow."

"El hotel se encuentra en remodelación, por lo tanto, solo hay una alberca disponible para todos los huéspedes. El ruido de la remodelación comienza a las 8:00 am, yo estaba en el piso 10 y se escuchaba demasiado de todas formas. También esta en remodelación el restaurante de mariscos, solo está disponible el buffet. La calidad de los alimentos bajo muchísimo. El roof de Ekinox, le hace falta también un buen mantenimiento, camas de descanso con olor a humedad y manchas amarillas de que no se...

"Absolutely an unbelievable experience. Our butlers Daniel and Diego were 10 out of 10. Our pool concierge Omar was also great. Service and food was exceptional all the way around. Can’t wait to go back."

"Not your 5 star hotel but it has all the Mexican charme you would like. I can not say enough praise of the staff. I had an argument with a wave and lost it and ended in the emergency room with a twisted knee. They moved me to a ground floor room to get better around. Every time I needed help they were there. The even organized a walker for me in order get around."

"I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful. The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff. Highly recommended."

"After a truly horrible experience with a different property in Puerto Vallarta, Vallarta shores was a saving grace for our family trip. The staff did their best to immediately accommodate our family when moving to their property at 11:00 a.m. The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned with amazing views. We will definitely be back!"

"Very modern and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop pool area could be better, but overall pleased with the stay."

"This resort was tucked away in the mountain-side of the Zona Romantica. It has an old world beauty and feel. Antique furniture and charm are everywhere while you enjoy modern amenities. The staff is excellent and kind. Our room had three bedrooms and a living area that included a pull-out couch. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything a family would need to prepare meals should you wish to bring groceries. The front office even sells additional coffee grounds should you need some....

"We stayed for three nights and had a very smooth experience. Check-in took only a few minutes, staff were very friendly, our room was nice and spacious, and we could easily walk to several local restaurants, Casa Maria is a great place to stay."
