"My husband and I have been coming to the Los Arcos for many years. It is in a great location and is right on the beach. However this time the service was not up to par. The maid never came once to our room despite having put out” please clean the room” on the door.there was also something wrong with the AC. The room was cool enough but the vents were plugged with black mold. The managers need to give matinance and upkeep. We had a Premium room on the updated side of the hotel. We have stayed in these rooms for several years and have always had excellent service. Also there was no hot water. I wish I had more nice things to say because I really love the hotel. However it needs some maintenance to be considered a 5 star hotel."

Chef Beto’s breakfasts and dinners were outstanding, with restaurant-quality food and beautiful presentation. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and professional. Danny consistently anticipated our needs and provided excellent service, while housekeeping kept everything spotless and even handled our laundry, which was a huge convenience.Communication was excellent throughout the stay, including a helpful WhatsApp group before arrival. Patricia, the concierge, arranged transportation and a family photographer, both of which worked out wonderfully. The pool was clean, equipment was plentiful and well maintained, and the property was stocked with everything we needed. Overall, the service, food, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable family vacation."

"The property was “as advertised”. Beautiful views, spacious rooms, gathering areas to seat our 12 family members and a large infinity pool. Given all of the great amenities, the best part of our stay was the amazing staff. All of the food prepared by the chef and assistant chef was delicious. Federico kept everyone happy by making them their favorite drinks. Manny, the concierge, made all of our travel arrangements, kept us stocked with food and handled any of our questions or needs. As you can tell, we really enjoyed our time at the villa."
