"We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even allowed us an extra hour before checkout, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping staff stayed on top of everything, and our room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, and overall the room was very well maintained. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly come back again in the future!"

"Very clean and very helpful staff! Our check-in person was great! The breakfast server lady was awesome! What a servant’s heart!! Breakfast had a good assortment of options!My wife and I and daughter and grandson loved our time here! Only negative was somebody had stolen some of the weights in the exercise room and they just so happened to be the ones I needed! Not the hotel’s fault. We stayed 4 nights as we were seeing both a Cubs and White Sox game! Recommend driving to Midway station to take train from there to do games and tourist stuff in Chicago! You don’t want to drive in to Chicago. Traffic is terrible. Definitely would use hotel again if we visit Chicago again!!"

"Unfortunately the pool was under construction and we were not alerted to that prior to on Orbitz or WT’s website. The curtains were pretty filthy and we had a stand up shower that drained incredibly slow. The front desk staff was pleasant and helped with directions however requesting towels it took 2 stops down to the desk and an hour later to get what we needed. I always register for 4 guests and receive 3 towels!"

"This hotel was not quite what I expected. It may be fine for a single-night stay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and aren’t too concerned about comfort or amenities. The building and rooms felt very old and worn down overall. The floor I stayed on smelled strongly like weed, and the room itself had a sticky feeling to it. I’m not sure if it was from the cleaning products, but there was also an odor that resembled urine. The elevator was also very creaky, which made the building feel poorly maintained. For pet owners, I wouldn’t highly recommend it. There were not many good areas nearby to walk a dog, the dog waste bag station was empty, and the trash can next to it was overflowing during my stay. Amenities were also limited. There wasn’t much provided in the room or bathroom such as water or coffee, although there was a stove available if that’s something you need. The TV was also inconsistent and did not work at times. It seems to be more of a basic budget stay than what I expected."

"The hotels opinion of ppl riding motorcycles is horrible!! They told us we where not able to talk in the parking lot and would call the cops! If inside the buildings lobby, no more than 12 ppl or would be asked to leave the property... Dirty rooms with mild in shower on shower head! I was in room 118 if you want to double check! I would never recommend to anyone and definitely not if you own a motorcycle"
