"Very well located and the service at this hotel was truly 5 stars The high tea was exceptional as well"

"Great location !"

"Our bathroom sink was disgusting-hair all over the sink .Receptionist that check us in was very unpleasant and rude to the point to make you feel uncomfortable. The young lady that check us out was super sweet and nice .Breakfast was amazing all dietary servers were nice and helpful.Over all our stay was great we would return for sure ."

"Driving and finding the hotel was difficult as many of the surrounding Chicago streets were closed for construction."

"Great experience and accommodations"

"Great"

"Our room was very expensive but very small. If I would’ve known it was that tiny for almost $700 a night I would’ve went somewhere else. Part of the dressar to our drawer was taped on. I also had to pay extra for breakfast $24 to be exact"

"We were disappointed that the Hampton Shuttle at the airport did not go to the Loop. Breakfast was mostly good. Had to wait 10+ minutes for more scrambled eggs one morning. Not used to paying so much for Hampton Inns, but that's what the market can bear, I guess. Front disk staff mostly knowledgeable and friendly. The map offered of downtown Chicago was horrible. I need a good paper map that shows up close with all the attractions the I can hold it in my hand, not on my phone."

"I stayed for two nights. The major issue was there are a lot of noise at night - a lot of siren on the street - police, ambulance, fire trucks. These noise are all night long. I must have been waken up 6-7 times each night. Before 1pm also heard a lot of street noise because N Clark Street is a popular youth hangout place."

"Great"

"Loved everything about our stay! Great location, staff, clean and updated room."

"The room was spacious and clean. I have no complaints besides a microwave not being in the room."
