"Exelent"

"I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was helpful and friendly!"

"The room had a very, very strong clorox smell. Room was nothing like the property pics on the website."

"Very friendly staff. Telsa supercharger across the street. A nice room and good breakfast. But if you sleep on your stomach (like me) the beds are too soft."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back! The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, every one that works there is so lovely. HIGHLY recommend 1000/10"

"Clean room"

"Great location from both airports. Lovely hotel clean and convenient"

"Large beautiful room. Great TV and choices including pay per view movies. Everything first class. Easy walk to Grant Park and down the Miracle Mile. We love this hotel!"

"Overall good"

"Clean, friendly staff, and nice location."

"Exelente"

"Good hotel to stay, breakfast included, staff friendly, subway station not far from the hotel."

"I stayed here with my two daughters amd we all enjoyed it. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect and had easy access to shopping and the Bean."

"Good location, only a few blocks from the Mag Mile. Rooms are definitely dated- obvious wear and tear on things like baseboards, furniture, carpet, etc. Clean enough although there was some visible dust in low traffic corners of the room. Overall a solid stay. Felt safe on and around the property."
