"I booked my suite online 3weeks ahead of time I called this hotel 3 times before check in to ask about the pool, connecting rooms, and to check in early to decorate for my daughter birthday not one staff who answered the phone mentioned you was not able to have a party in the room, it is also NOT on there website at all they have a sign sitting on the desk when you arrive. Trying to check in the day of my daughter birthday a non-black women run from the back saying it’s no party allowed I asked...

"DIRTY!! Crusted stains in sheets, pubic hairs in the bed, dried urine on the toilet. Disgusting. "

"This is the second year that I have held my son’s birthday at this location. Each year the boys have had a ball. They are able to setup their games system in the room, swim, and eat and celebrate in the lobby area. The rooms are clean and the staff were amazing. I appreciate this location. "

"i didnt get the breakfast by choice however everything was clean and in order.. i dont know the new policy for house keeping but i stayed their for 2 days and i got no housekeeping service. im guessing possibly a knew hotel policy where they wait until you check out? .. idk but i have no complaints "
