"The room was clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good, I have celiac and the staff were careful about breakfast choices. The location is excellent for the tube stop and there were lots of amenities in the area like restaurants and marks and Spencer, and other food choices."

"Room was clean however the room was very cramped. Hallways were not clean and the furniture in the lobby as well. Air conditioning was good. Pricey for the size of the room and amenities"

"I think need to reduce the price room"

"The hotel was amazing clean with the best staff ever!!!!! I definitely would come back to stay!! Janinia was so amazing love her !!! Very kind compassionate"

"The staff was really nice and allowed us to store our bags before checking in. The room however didn’t have a working ac, the ceiling tile was punched in, there was dust over the counter/mirrors and trash was stuffed underneath the bed. It really wasn’t the best stay, but they did have good breakfast and like i mentioned before, staff was nice."
