"This is a pretty small hotel, which was actually nice is many ways. However, there are not a whole lot of activities for children to do. And it’s a very relaxed vibe. Food options were very limited. We ate at the Mexican restaurant one night and it was honestly terrible, the food had no flavor which was very disappointing. The other nights we just ate at the buffet. Two people from my party got food poisoning. I got food poisoning the second day we were there which pretty much put a damper on my whole trip. The staff at this hotel is so friendly. Every single staff member I interacted with was very helpful and very very friendly. They are the best part of this hotel. "

"Exceeded my expectations. Highlights were access to both resorts, staff were great always there when you need them, food was much better than expected even at the buffets, and the speakeasy bar! Would definitely stay again."

"My first room had a big dead Roach , then got my room wrong gave me one bed for 3 people had to go back down to get room change and at first they said the didn't have room until I asked for the manger and the manger never came out and the staff just gave me a different room but the bar staff was very sweet great customer service and well as the all the other staff front desk was rude and house keeping was rude "

"The property was outdated and some areas just not kept up with. Ok for budget all inclusive hotel. Food was just ok. No coffee shop (unable to use sister resort Grand Caribe). Very little entertainment, just not much to do in the evenings. Definitely nowhere comparable to other resorts we stayed at. Staff was sometimes giving conflicting or incomplete information which lead to avoidable stress during check out (for example, late check out needed to be requested by 7 am, app for dinner reservations not working for hours). "
