"The property was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well equiped. The receptacle in the kitchen where the coffee maker was is worn out (loose) so the coffeemaker would not stay running. Could not get the tv's to work. Called Vrbo and discussed this issue. The gentleman suggested a couple of things that might work which we had already tried. He said he would send someone to help but that did not happen. This is a beautiful place and we enjoyed the view. I would suggest that the owner stay here for a night so as to see that a few things need to be repaired."

"Fridge did not work. Poop stuck to the outside of the toilet. Black mold behind the toilet and sink. We had two homeless people drinking outside our room at the table and chairs out front which we told the front desk when morning cam one was passed out on the table. Called to ask for the manager or manager and was told manager was away for the next couple day but would get him to call. After a few days we did not hear back and we called them was told the manager was not still not available, the desk person asked and we told her about what we found and asked us to send the pictures to her which we did. Again we never had a return call so we called again and was told that the manager was still not around. The health board should be contacted "

"What a really lovely stay we had here in Maple Bay. The suite is tucked away in its own corner, and overlooking the bay. We felt like we were in our own little getaway haven. The suite was also larger than I was initially expecting from the pictures. It had everything we needed to enjoy exploring the area. Kathy, our host was very accommodating. She kept the hot tub filled up and warm when we weren't at the suite. And was always available for questions. Though, we really had no issues whatsoever while we were here. Everything was great and I'd say, better than we were anticipating. Maple Bay is such a lovely spot to stay, the beach is a short walk away, and driving into Duncan only took 10-12 minutes. Perfect. So grateful for our stay."
