"From checking in to checking out the front desk staff has been helpful and very polite. The room was clean and beautiful and I slept amazing. "

They do have a pool, exercise room, and laundry - I did not use any of that but it is available. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. One was not but you find that one bad apple in every group. I would stay there again and recommend it to those visiting Lackland AFB. "
