"This was a great choice close to Lackland AFB. I will be recommending it to others. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. My only real issue with the hotel was that the bathroom was always wet. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the floor never dried completely and the towels never dried completely. There was no mold though. So it was just an inconvenience."

"This property was the worst ever. The bed sheets was black and nasty the bathtub has mold and the room smelled like mold. Property was a mess and everything was stained. The front counter was not responding to the rooms and i left and got a refund. While i was getting my refund 4 other families that had just gotten there returned to the office to get a refund as well. I had never seen such a nasty hotel in my life!"
