"Kind staff. Newly renovated rooms!"

"central location, nice room, helpful staff speak English better than those in most other hotels in Japan. Dinner in hotel restaurant is not only delicious, but artistically presented. Quite an eye-opening experience!"

"Good location just outside Sapporo’s covered street. Enjoyed the service. I needed help with another hotel and Antony was kind enough to call for me and sort out my issue. Clean, spacious and good views of the mountain. It has lots of convenience stores around including one in the hotel. Parking is free when you stay there too, very convenient. I will definitely consider coming back if I return to Sapporo. The only downside if there’s one is that you need to pay for the onsen but I did enjoy it."

"Great stay! The hotel was super clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is as central as it gets. Everything was within walking distance. Highly recommended!"
